Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to qualify for a full refund.

Report Your Return

Log into the Klarna app or website, select the order you wish to return, and tap 'Report a return' to pause your payments.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form provided in your initial delivery.

Ship It Back

Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once the merchant processes your return, your Klarna invoice will be updated automatically and any overpayments will be refunded to your original payment method.
